A clean, accessible, and responsive healthcare platform designed with an emerald-green palette to evoke trust and well-being. The key innovation is a prominent Live Queue Status Dashboard optimized for both desktop views and mobile devices.

  • Real-Time Dashboard Transparency: Patients can check the live status widget directly from the homepage before leaving their homes or while sitting comfortably outside the clinic. It displays active estimated wait times and the exact token number currently being served (e.g., "B45").
  • Intelligent Schedule Feed: A dedicated section displays "Today's Doctor Schedule" with real-time countdown markers detailing when specific general practitioners or specialists (like pediatricians) will become available.
  • Frictionless Mobile Quick-Booking: A mobile-first navigation bar allows patients on the move to tap "Appointments" or "Queue," auto-generate a virtual token, and view personalized countdown alerts.
